Your Voice was a space for women’s creative work during the coronavirus pandemic. Three women with different experiences of selling or exchanging sex or images shared their story in a way that worked from them – from poetry to narratives. You can read sections of their stories below.
Your Voice is a space for women with lived experience to share thoughts, needs and stories. We would love to hear from women who would like to improve CLiCK, Click Magazine and beyond. What needs to improve as Scotland learns to live alongside coronavirus? How can we better respond to your needs and listen to your experiences?
This is also a platform for women’s creative work, exploring their experiences and raising their voices. Some examples of pieces we’ve been working on with women include poetry around their experiences, a photography project and exploring ideas around self-care. These creative pieces discuss both positive and negative aspects of the experiences of women involved in selling or exchanging sex. Through Your Voice with CLiCK, we have also worked with women on website content, promotional materials and resources. You can contact Anna via [email protected], by phone or WhatsApp on 07754 753 622, or via the contact form HERE to talk more about Your Voice and any ideas you have for how to make yours heard. You can also check out the main CLiCK website for more information HERE. Can’t wait to chat with you! |
